Leah stayed up until 10-11 til she was 6-7 mos old. She just would not go to sleep any earlier than that. Recently, she started going down around 8:00, and I'm happy with that! Graham was going to bed at 6:30 by 6 mos. I actually wished he'd stay up a little later, but you could set your watch by him.
